Say a little prayer

I can't watch the TV, listen to the news on the radio or read the papers about Madeline McCann without shivers going right through me. As a mother of 2 children, one of those being the same age I cannot begin to imagine what it would be like to be in these peoples shoes. We all as parents have "lost" our children at some point whether it be 2 minutes in a shop or 5 minutes late home from out playing, we all have felt that moment of panic which quickly passes when you hear their voice or they appear at your side, but how do you function when 2..5 minutes progresses to 5 days? As usual whenever anything like this happens the papers and television are quick to lay blame..the parents for leaving them unattended...the police for not doing their job correctly, but surely at the end of the day all that matters is that this little girl finds her way back safely to her family's arms...so say a little prayer tonight.
